English Dialogue About Virus
Audny: Hey, you don't wear sandals.
Arkhan: Why?
Audny: You will be infected by a virus.
Arkhan: Virus? What's that?
Audny: Virus is a microscopic organism. There are so many viruses on this planet.
Arkhan: But I never see them. How can you know them?
Audny: I read a biology book at the library that explains the virus.
Arkhan: Is it dangerous?
Audny: Except for the friendly viruses.
Arkhan: What kind of harm can viruses make?
Audny: You know, viruses are parasitic. They cannot replicate without a host cell.
Arkhan: You mean, to replicate they must attach at human body?
Audny: Animal too. Some human diseases that are caused by viruses are the common cold and different types of flu, hepatitis, herpes, rabies, Ebola, HIV, fever, Zika, etc.
Arkhan: But, I seldom wear sandals, and no viruses infected me.
Audny: Yeah, now, but maybe tomorrow.
Arkhan: You make me worried.
Audny: Keep your health. Viruses spread through touch, saliva, contaminated food, insects that carry them. If you touch your foot and you have stepped on dirty soil that contains lots of viruses, then you touch your face, your mouth, so the viruses will spread over your body.
Arkhan: But I always lose my sandals. My friends wear my sandals without asking me for permission and never return them.
Audny: Put your sandals in a safe place.
Arkhan: I did, but my sandals lost again and again.
Audny: I know, but your health is very very important.
Arkhan: (Sigh)
